The Elders partner with the Pastors in their pastoral ministry. Their role is multi-faceted, encompassing assisting with worship, nurturing spiritual authority and discipline with grace, and offering invaluable counsel to the Pastors. The Elders radiate warmth and compassion, prioritizing the emotional and physical well-being of both the Pastors and the families under their devoted care. In harmony with the Pastors, the Elders create an uplifting atmosphere of love, understanding, and unity, fostering a sense of belonging within the Holy Cross community.
